• Tissue Processing of specimens: ACL or Quest Diagnostics
• Pathology Professional Interpretation: Physician Service Center on behalf of Midwest Diagnostic Pathology or Quest Diagnostics
• Preoperative Testing: various providers of the patient’s choosing
• Durable Medical Equipment or Soft Goods Items: Service Medical or I-Flow
