From the North and South: US Route 45 (LaGrange Road) to 183rd Street. 183rd Street is located between 179th street and the exit ramps to I-80. Tinley Woods Surgery Center is located on the Advocate Medical Campus Southwest which is on the west side of LaGrange Road. Enter through the main entrance of the building and the reception area will be to your right.

From the East or West: I-80 to US Route 45 (LaGrange Road). Exit north to 183rd Street, which is the first stop light north of the I-80 exit ramps. Tinley Woods Surgery Center is located on the Advocate Medical Campus Southwest which is on the west side of LaGrange Road. Enter through the main entrance of the building and the reception area will be to your right.
